what an awesome ending to this story!!!

had a customer send me a photo of the main sign with their tenant panel. theirs is the Doctor Newman panel. what happened to this? from what I can see there's a photo/logo printed along with copy and it all looks like it is running. what would make this happen? I don't know who made this...

never seen packing and packing charges applied to a bill. do you order from the catalog or request a quote? I usually ask for a quote and have all the info upfront on charges

is there a set of guidelines provided to your customer by Remax as to what is allowed and what isn't? usually if they are that picky, there are rules that they have set down. if not, too bad for them as how would anyone know it wasn't allowed

can you ask for a copy of he recording?

not trying to be a jerk but I feel like I've seen both of those fonts as they are so close to existing ones. I'd love to see a new one that was unlike any font out there

I like the look of the card in your post #17. the mug shot photo doesn't sell your work or make me want to see what else you can do. the tat guy playing the bass makes me want to see what else you can do. the colors help the look, not over power it like in your first post with the mug shot.

I like the first one. it's nice and classic. the second one isn't bad either. I put my finger over the top half to block out the area over the purple ribbon and it looks better ending with the ribbon.

Jill's might be a little too casual for a lending company or it may be just right. as suggested in another post you need to get a sense of how this company sees itself, friendly, your neighbor/community. from Jill's I get the sense that I might walk and there's a coffee machine in the waiting...

years ago the only stuff you saw out there was done by someone in the business. it didn't mean everything was beautiful as there have always been hacks out there. when there was more good than bad, the bad really stood out. now that anyone can draw up something on a computer more and more bad...

good chance it was on purpose. a couple of years back the state police noticed that a cow spot on state logo decal on the cop car doors was shaped like a pig. it turns out an inmate was tasked to make the decals in prison and re-did the artwork.

I knew about some of those like FedEx and have always like that kind of logo. maybe with this one, it doesn't need to have deeper meaning, maybe just shape. some times just re-working a font so that it becomes a logo works too. I'd like to see the OP try a few options.

getting back to the actual topic of the thread, I suggested not using a drawing or a pictorial and using fonts as I have seen your work and know you can do this as you have the talent. the pictorials kind of go back to the days when people couldn't read so they would put a tooth on a sign for...

the falls might look odd as I is water and the name is stone ridge. why not just something nice with a font as you don't really need a pictorial with it. not ever logo needs a real to life picture/drawing. a simple shape or nothing at all works too. work with the letters to create a logo...

there are a few with cans of paint in the photos so I assume he does paint windows. maybe it is a see what you like/I'll paint this on your glass mixed in with actual work? it does look like h can paint
