How much of it is going to be metallic?
We have used the "metallic laminates" in the past with success, I guess you could plotter-cut laminate specific to certain areas and overlam again, but now you're talking 3 layers of laminate...
THAT's where I recognized it from! I was born & raised in Ohio so I knew to be on the lookout for that logo, lol.
From that result I went on to find that Colorado has a VERY similar logo and a high-quality image for tracing was obtained from here...
Around here the firefighter helmets are all pretty well cooked and they love that look.
I don't think I've ever had one complain that their helmet was a little toasty looking, I think they like that look in most cases.

Sew webbing in top and bottom, take 4 ratchet straps and wrap them around the poles (to/from the same eyes) and tighten them down.
Make the banner fit within the pole width of course! (make it about 6" narrower actually)
I can't figure out where you're at, but we recently had the same circumstances here.
And it WAS the main board AND the power supply - both were fried.
Thankfully the local tech had a spare of both (used) and we paid around $2000 for the complete repair.

I was going to suggest that, make a simple wooden jig for aligning letters, and then have those specific characters router cut out of sintra and get to painting!

I made this mock-up for a customer and now I need actual artwork. Does anyone know of a high-quality image of a gorilla's hand in a position similar to the attachment?
Even one that is close can be 'shopped onto the crate artwork.
