I think this was brought up a month ago, and there was no supplier found for all the different colors. I would recommend getting the Gerber Luminous punched vinyl and Edging on transparent colors to get what you're after.

Roll it up tight and put it in an appropriate sized box, no core necessary, but it does help if you have a pile of cores/ends. If you're worried about the outermost roll, put some scrap around it. Uline carries the boxes.

Grimco sells some prefab brackets for signs like this. Either that, or you'll need a good welder and engineer and make SURE that your mounting bolts are in solid material. You may be better off sub-contracting this job out or sending them to a reliable experienced vendor.
