  1. Wireless camera for the printer

yeah. I liked to check in and see what they were running. :(
  2. Batman doodle

Love it. Batman changed my life when I was a kid. I love super heroes. To say the least. I've totally lost interest in DC with the 52 thing. I've spent my life learning the mythos of my favorite heroes, just to have them set aside and re-created. No Thanks. I'm sure thing will pass...
  3. Epson or Rolland

+1 Although. I'm in rural Maine. There is no tech support here. PERIOD. I'm the tech. Oh to live in a populated area with dealer support and a fellers warehouse not eight hours away.
  4. Epson or Rolland

yeah - I have the print only rolands. They have pinch rollers every couple inches. Mine are SJ's which are discontinued now. I'm not a fan of the print/cut machines for my business. You can run Flexi, but Roland comes with VersaWorks. Which is a solid RIP. You have to do all your...
  5. Epson or Rolland

My rolands run like work horses. Require little maintenance and the parts are easily sourced. I will continue to buy Rolands.
  6. I cant believe some people.

    D-Bag Supreme.
  7. What material for "Colorforms"?

:ROFLMAO: He said he was a billionaire in political exile. He needed me to hold onto 400 million dollars while he tied his shoes. :) hahaha

nice. Roland always come to our aid also. Great service to say the least.
  9. WTF?! I think I've seen it all now. lol

Man. I can imagine all the terrified kids that wouldn't walk past one of those things. Hell. I don't know if I'd want to go near it. I've never liked mannequins. I really don't like moving mannequins. :noway:
  10. What material for "Colorforms"?

That's too funny. I met with this guy Don a couple years ago. He wanted me to produce banners for him for below the cost of the vinyl. haha. He told me this story of how he incented color forms in the 1950's. Sold the rights to some other company, yadd-yadda-yadda. I didn't research...
  11. What material for "Colorforms"?

I met the guy that invented color forms. He lives in NH. He made them on accident by solidifying wax at a cold temp. I don't think you can buy the paper stock. How about static cling on gloss card stock?
  12. WTF?! I think I've seen it all now. lol

:U Rock: Hahah. I think that would probably me the mk1 version though. Lol
  13. Gandi Jetti 1221

thanks for getting back to me. it pains me to have to pass on it.
  14. Wire tension?

Almost forgot. If you over tighten it. You'll ruin the pulley on the left of the machine. So it's better to be slightly slack.
  15. Wire tension?

When the cable is loose you'll get a back lash on the spindle during rewind. I don't have the Roland tension tool so I adjusted the cable so slightly, until the back lash was taken out of the cable. The wire should be smooth during operation. If you're getting a bit of slack on the wire (at...
  16. What type of carbon is used in activated charcoal filters?

A clean room is most ideal to house printers. If and/or when I ever move spots I will have a clean room with venting. Also a great spot to let your prints off-gas. Not an option for me at this time.
  17. 2nd Youtube Video

It started out strong, but the pauses are way too long and I was tired of the flashy transitions after the first time. I lost interest after the LOOONNNGGG pause introducing vehicle wraps. Great potential and professionally made. Just needs to be cleaned up a bit.
  18. Gandi Jetti 1221

    Define "cheap"
  19. What type of carbon is used in activated charcoal filters?

I have an airpura I bought off ebay. 18lbs of carbon in it. Airpura sells the cartridges for a couple hundred bucks. I buy 25 lbs of carbon off ebay and refill the cart once a year.
