we just have an APC battery back up and we have not had any power issues since we are in our new location but in our old place we had lot of circuit breakers going out and at that time the pack was just hooked up to our gerber but it was good kept things running so we didn't lose our work

here is a freak thing to try last time we had service on our machine it got left in service mode and i had issues with my heater and vacuum but when you turn the machine off and back on it resets it self long shot but it is something easy to try

i agree it is probably a vacuum/heater issue also (not sure of the correct term)are you using the clips that slide next to the pinch rollers and if so maybe if you use the longer clips that also come with the machine maybe that will reduce the problem but don't sheet cut with them on the blade...

pat it's like pat said but once you import the file versa will automatically split/tile the obejct and then when you goto clip and tile you can adjust your tile sizes and your overlap this way you can get your breaks where you want them
