we have an Edge 2 and it is a work horse, never down, never any problems. the only issue I had was resolved when I got a new computer so it wasn't the Edge's fault. it is great for small runs of decals

my Gerber 220 series is white on both sides, no gray. you sure the window isn't tinted? some glass looks clear but has a tint to it. tape a piece of white paper and have the customer see it's the glass not the vinyl if that is the case.

define the type of mistakes they are making as that helps. is it in doing stuff the wrong color? wrong amounts? what is it that they are doing? mistakes happen and getting down to the reasons is helpful.
