i will give it a try but i think the issue is with the part that the blade goes in because the cuts stay in line with the arrow in my thumbnail but it seems to jump up futher than the part it is cutting i didn't quite get the image scanned straight but all the art work and cuts are straight...

the print and cut are in the same file and done together also we cleaned the sprokets but that is not the direction that is off i think there might be a problem with the belt or the parts that move the cutter across the belt that is where the alignment is off it cuts the first few and then jumps

roland also has an update avail. that you put the roland color swatches in you adobe illust or corel progam so you can print their color it's like a roland pms book

i have noticed over time most bubbles will go away if you squeegee them and stretch the vinyl you will have some problems but if you have a big area to cover try to use the ez apply or control tac or what ever vinyl has the air channels in the adhesive this stuff is the sh#*t i am by no means...

we have an edge 1 (the orig.) and i print white undercoats when i print on dark colored vinyls i usually don't have a problem unless it is a large coverage you can also try changing the foil setting for max. print it is in the settings of the print/cut (rip) window

another setting you can change is when you are setting up the file in versa works goto quality then towards the bottom is color management option change the us prepress to us max density

screen printing is the best but mostly for the larger quantities then you need some sort of cutter and maybe a die cutter best bet is to go digital w/ a plotter (gerber edge and or roland) alot of things involved here what equipment do you have now

gerber edge material is pulling , stretching the pin holes can't figure out where it is getting held up cleaned the pins, thought adhesive residue might be the reason help
