We have a 24" Gerber plotter we don't ever use here if you're interested, we run our Envision375 all day long, but it works perfect with our EdgeFX machine. They're so expensive because they last forever and always cut perfectly with sprocket feed. Our Graphtec FC8000 is way worse quality-wise.

We did two with regular 180c and they have had no problems. I'm not sure how experienced your installer is, but these do take an installer who is experienced with applying wraps into the deep grooves correctly.

I used it successfully without any problems on one ambulance recently. It cut the same as it did on the partial wraps I used it on. I've only been able to use it twice so far; but it's awesome! I have the green kind from Grimco if that matters.

Too much ink saturation will cause the vinyl to curl or deform as it is staying wet too long. Possibly try adjusting your ink limits or profile used on the job.
