    You have to either let the print cure before contour cutting or leave a 1/2" unprinted border around the printed area to avoid the edge curl you are reffering to. I use Oracal 3651 and almost always laminate with 210. Matte looks better in my opinion.

    If you are laying the whole piece flat on the substrate and then trying to squeegee on, most likely +1 for not enough fluid, or you're not moving from the center out. After you lay it doen, pick up one edge, peel it backand work from the opposite edge onward
