Maybe pump... more than likely it's your capping station. It's the achiles heel of Mutohs... their lines snap, break and fray. Often from getting caught in some gears in there. I'd bet a dollar n'a donut hole that's your problem.

Yeah, once you get the maintenance station... they are a good machine. I have a 48" 6-color Mutoh... works good. Pretty slow compared to some of the newer models, but it gets the job done. Not bad for an entry level printer.

For Pete's sake. Mis-orders happen all the time, no matter who you use. If you were MORE PREPARED, and gave yourself more time.... you wouldn't run into such issues! I personally have had ups and downs with SW... but for the most part I've been happy with their service. I don't really need...

I bought a vinyl express from Sign Warehouse, works just like my Graphtec, alright machine. As far as what Techman said... note that there are over 100 employees at Sign Warehouse, and they deal with a LOT of equipment and a LOT of employees. Of course there are going to be a few bad stories...

Erg..... thing is I don't have a couple of my programs anymore, and I really don't want a nightmare of re-figuring out all my printer profiles, ports etc. I just see this as something that may turn into a hair-pulling experience. So can I use Acronis, suck the programs outta one hard drive...
