    Kraft paper is the right paper, the extra laminate will stick to it instead of your rollers, you should be good to go.

    You can get away with printing the union bug on the signs yourself. I have done 1000s of political signs like that in the pass. Just make sure you get your money up front.

    You cal also use Naz-Dar 59000 series ink and thin with xylol, works much better then the 7900 series, plus it doesn't smell as bad.

    I'm using 20/20 High solvent for my Mimaki JV3 the inks are good but still to costly for a cartridge for 3rd party inks. Now I'm switching to a bulk system using 1ltr. bottles of Durafos solvent ink.
