  1. Small shop trying to get first printer.

The biggest reason that most small shops get a printer is because they feel, on some level, that NOT having one makes them "less of a professional". Here's the facts. You aren't selling sticky vinyl and banners. You are selling your layout skills and design talents. You are selling your...

  3. Vinyl for brick

Here's the thing with the vinyl being described - if you've never used it before, you better have someone on hand who has. Stuff takes a SERIOUS amount of heat, and it's not the easiest stuff to apply either. If you need something that is going to last a few years, you can't beat paint.

  9. Need a supplier ASAP!

I need to find a wholesale DTG shop for about a 32 shirt order. I normally use a local company, but I'm concerned that they have gone out of business (which is sad, but a hard truth in this economy). If you have the capabilities for this type of job, shoot me a PM with cost per unit and...

Thanks for the input folks! Colin, your first one is really cool! Jill, as always you are the best at turning simple into sweet :) I'm talking to Phillip about possibly doing something for us. The challenge withthe long city name is the hard part. I really want to stay away from a horizontal...

  12. How about that TIM TEBOW?

Well - they THREW more than 2 passes - he only COMPLETED 2 passes :) And that was last week. He threw 20 last night (completing 9). I played till my knees forced me to retire at 26. I've coached ever since. Tebow is one of those guys who is simply a football player - and who shines when it...

Ah....The blissful state of ignoring that which we don't like...You should bottle that and sell it Addy.

  18. Sign Business trends

I am dead right now. Have spent at least 1 day a week the last month out knocking on doors (which is, bar none, my LEAST favorite activity ever) and have seen a grand total of about $200 in orders from the effort. We still are getting our walk in customers, and our existing clients who spend...
