we find depending on the ink usage that the vinyl is very soft and can stretch. If it is a 4 x 8 sign we have used soapy water and they come out fine.

we have a 4' x 16' working table with UHMW 1/4" on top. Not the cheapest material but lasts for years and then you can just flip it over. For digital we basically set up 4 x 8 tables in the main shop as needed, and then put them away for vehicles to enter

i make my pdf's in Corel 9. Was wondering how you lock them or make them useless other than viewing. Do I have to create it as a bitmap to start?

yup, never delete those original bitmap files as Omega only saves the location of the file. I learned the hard way years ago
