I like your idea Jill but not for this as it is a little foo foo looking and audio systems are more manly, loud and bold.

I kind of like the MA, the font used for that and the name. the colors aren't bad either. not too crazy about the speaker and am thinking you don't really need something so literal or anything at all as long as the name of the company makes what it does very clear.

chartered 1889 or est. 1889. they both refer to when it happened. we have a ton of chartered towns around here so I'm used to seeing the word with a date.

it is really nice even with the offset type! they couldn't do the est as it says "chartered". the only way around that would have been to spell out the date which would have looked odd too. some times, you just have to look away from things like that and just enjoy how great the rest looks...

going to site is all up to you. the only real reason to go is to go is to do your own survey to check out a site. for a really high end job, I would go there for a sale. for a banner, not a chance.
