Agree with Billct. Not all .eps files are vector. Secondly, just a side question, but you're using Omega and Illustrator? There both basically draw programs. And both very good for vector stuff. I would think Omega would import the Illustrator file and run it cleanly, no bugs.

Your local Roland dealer is your best bet. They take them in on trade for newer models, re-condition them, and set them up for sale. Pricing could be a nick higher than an off the street sale but I bet the peace of mind would be worth it.

Well, thanks to some great advice by my tech guy, Sam (over the phone) I'm up and running again. Heads apparently didn't cap perfectly last night. So they completely dried up. Did a little manual cleaning magic and presto! I'm running. Test prints still show some drop-out but I think they'll...

Came in this morning, fired up the Roland as usual. First job sent results in no printed image. Heads moving back and forth like normal. Ran jobs as recently as last night, no problems at all. Have completed a medium head cleaning with still no ink. Can the heads be dried up? Or is there...

Or, how about like on ours, where the laminate would immediately stick to the bottom roller when the piece you're laminating clears the roller? Don't think there's anyway around the Kraft paper issue. We buy ours in the 60" rolls. Laminate and media in the 54" rolls. Is there any other way?

That's a head scratcher. We had a similar problem with Reflective materials. Can't remember how we solved the problem but we did. Maybe call your Gerber rep. I'll bet he/she knows. Or maybe if Tony sees this, he'll chime in. Sorry not much help.

Here's the problem. The CF pre-printed vinyls I've had in the shop here, are not very conformable. If you were to print on cast vinyl for wraps it would conform to the hood much better. Secondly, I've only seen CF available in 15" widths. There may be wider somewhere, but I doubt you could...

You're very good at what you do. Don't know if these two illustrations highlight your talents as well at they should. I'm sure you can work from "fuzzier" images, correct? But appreciate you keeping membership aware of your services.
