The CC company's policy is no doubt reactive to a predetermined set of circumstances. Their limiting policy is the result of their experiences with similar scenarios.
My guess.
I'd like to go more technical for a moment.
Tell us which vinyl and which lam you used, please. (I'm not happy with my current combination and have been thinking about switching).
With all due respect, the OP stated he's printing around 1500 sq.ft. per day . Why would he need a printer to print that volume in an hour? Seems like maybe two XC's would do it ($50,000. vs. 300k)
And I don't get where people start making personal attacks. If you disagree, say so, but what's with the name calling...I don't know.. what are we? in the eighth grade?

Someone else on this thread said he (Bob) was the only voice of reason on here. Not so! Myself (and I'm sure others) who have some sense of business protocols know that much of what passes for advice on topics like these is either...

I would perhaps suggest trying to keep the banner's layout from ending up so "linear".
I do realize on this type of thing it's sometimes difficult.
But if you can add a line of script, that always helps.
Maybe bundle up some smaller, less important information into a circle and reverse it...
I'm a bit gun-shy of doing this because about ten years back painted the bottom portion (up about 36") solid grey and three of the 6 windows cracked.
So was just wondering if anyone else had done the window thing besides Debbie.
Had heard that using paint on glass causes uneven heating of the glass and can cause the glass to crack. So is it the same with vinyl?
I want to "wrap" my windows? Mine are floor to ceiling jobs about 60" wide and I'd like to use them to advertise my wraps.
Or do you need to leave, say, 5"...
