Not as easy as the guy that sold you the machine said right????? GIVE UP and get a job. Getting a printer does not make you a sign shop. Alot more to it. Ever thought of getting a job at a shop, learning the ropes first. I appped at a shop for 5 years before going out on my own. Just A thought...

First off get 440 carts, it shouldn't take near that much ink.

Just trace it on a lighttable with a black sharpie, then scan that and trace it in corel or even better in accu-scan (signlab), then node edit it and blam your done, pretty simple task....

I used to care, and work extra hard to get the customer a nice design that works....now I just give them what they want and move on to a fun job. All that time I wasted on losers who go out of biz in 2-3 years I wish I had that time back in my life.

I still have a Roland pnc 1100 running that a have had since 1992 or so...My friend's shop uses summa, they last about 5 years from what I see from him.
