Greetings all! Big fan of the little plastic razor blades for removing vinyl, but not a big fan of the handles. So far, every handle we've had has broken in some way - they all seem too flimsy. So does anyone have a recommendation of a handle that's durable and will take the plastic blades? TIA

Looks like either faulty or wrong material, or mis-use by the user. Looking at the way it's wrinkled, it almost looks like it has been stored collapsed but not retracted ?

I would think focusing with that kind of thickness of material would be problematic with a laser. Like others have said, a router is more useful for that kind of job. You could, of course, get into channel letters - the laser would be good for cutting out the faces.
