We went from a 24" off brand plotter and got a 60" graphtec when we got our 60" HP L360. Its amazing how often i cut above 24" now that we are able. Like others said, if you can afford it, go as big as possible.

For color change, remove the bed. Wrap the cab and bed, reinstall bed. For commercial graphics, leave the bed on and create a nice symmetrical break point.

I picked avery because i typically work solo and it is a little easier on the initial tack, but honestly every material has its pros and cons and you should know how to work with every brand because sometimes customers like 3m over avery for colors, or APA or any other brand.

Yes, we still have them wash them, and we have actually been requesting drop offs for the night before so they can be in our install bay, dry and ready for us to rock and roll when we get in.

last couple times i've ordered matte lam. it showed up gloss... not the end of the world for me though. We did just find out our sales rep is no longer with them and we will have a new person... see how long it takes them to make it out to us.

call the sales rep from what ever company you bought it from. We have gotten plenty of spliced and things like you are showing that wreck X amount of yardage, they just send us more material.
