Your measurement from the front edge of the taile light to the rear edge of the driver's door (by the door handle) will be 117.5 inches. The back doors are 58.5 inches wide from tail light to tail light. That should be enough for you to scale up the photos and figure things out pretty accurately.

What he said... In addition, when dealing with a layout like this, I would advise the customer that because wraps do tend to stretch slightly when being applied, it is in their best interest not to have elements such as important text laid out with such little tolerance for placement...

I have a Summa D620 I bought in 1998 I think. Never had a single problem with it. I also have a Gerber 750 30 inch plotter that I bought used in 2001. Not a single problem with that one either. It is sprocket feed only though. Thinking about selling that one now or maybe both and upgrading to...

Just another thought on the play of the arrows on the Ds. Also lined up the Y with the bottom of the T and created another arrow symbol. Maybe too busy now but maybe you can somehow work with that arrow in the Y concept in another way.
