    Summa support can answer your question or remote onto your pc and show you exactly what the cause is, but it does sound like your cut-color is not a spot as mentioned above.

    they sell uv curable lam that I use on solvent printed magnets. we print, pull it off a JV33 and send the leaf through the laminator. UV light cures it instantly, but if you have HEAVY ink saturation on your print, give it a little dry time, or your image may transfer to the application roller

    multiple passes are o.k. on a flatbed or sprocket fed plotter, but can be difficult to register on a friction fed roll to roll.
