You can mount multiple driers to your DigiDri stand. They are also equally effective directed at the front of the print as well as the back. Hope that helps.

In my experience, gloss finishes tend to highlight defects that may not be as evident on matte surfaces. There is probably banding on the matte prints as well; they just aren't as visible. Have you tried dropping your ink levels and increasing your pre + print temps a little? Good Luck!
