we just hang ours on our old banner material rack and have the ceiling fans on high, I dont see how that is much help, looks like a good way to get your prints to stick to its self or the backing paper and blotch

so you are just using behr outdoor latex paint? what type of primer? what are you thinning the latex paint with? how long are you letting the basecoat dry before you put your paint mask on? thanks!

for full color prints we reverse print on clear vinyl and back it up with white trans vinyl and apply to clear plastic 2nd surface. the look is hard to beat

i would either build up the tape on the appropriate corners or stud mount it and use stand off spacers

wow not very bright to use double sided tape, i dont care how good you think it is. its not for use with 40+ sqft signs 20 feet up. you couldn't come up with something more clever to hide the fasteners?

I would def do some testing before you hang that over someones head.
