    For around $100 you can get a humidifier that you can set to the humidity you're looking for (30% to 50% probably) and has auto on/off. It helps!

    Advantage Sign Supply carries it. I think it starts off as an Oce product and gets relabeled. I'm not sure who manufactures it.

    Any of them are better than what he's using now. Has he seen any of them? In the end, it will be who the art is for that will determine what is used. A lot of times this does not result in the best art being used, but if you don't get some input from him you could end up spending time refining...

    I don't mean to be discouraging, but if you're thinking about getting a UV flatbed because of a "tip", you may be getting in over your head. Are you currently farming out that sort of work? What is working for them?

    Whats this on my Prints?

    That looks like dirty rollers. I pop mine out and clean them with "Film Kleen" every week. Alcohol would work well too. Once they're dirty it may show on one material, but not another. They end up needing to be cleaned more often after printing jobs with the head height high.
