$70k for a new flatbed?! Didn't realize the price had dropped so much. I would have killed for 18 boards an hour when we first got into UV direct. Sounds like a good deal, but also sounds either too good to be true or you are drastically undercutting the market.

Pay them to stay home and recover. Last thing you want is them to come in and spread the virus. Not easy to do, but grind it out as it’s the right thing. What if more people at your shop get it and then nobody can work? Much more expensive mistake.

We had to cut a 10' wide hole in our production room to get it in. Literally had a company come out and cut it open and come back the next day to close it back up. lol.

Solid plan. Focus on what you know best and I agree with finding a wholesale company that thrives in quality and service. I was simply pointing out all the overhead costs associated with printing pvc/yard signs (or anything).

That’s one way of not factoring in all your costs.

This new series of Latex sounds like a disaster. Will be upgrading our small roll to roll soon and will be looking at Epson unless they get these kinks worked out. HP is possibly the most frustrating company to work with when you have issues and have no desire to go back down that road.

This is why I absolutely despise HP. I can list several horror stories I have had with them but it’s not worth my time and effort. Hope you are able to get it resolved and HP does something right.
