I just saw they released the SG2. And one big improvement is ink usage in cleaning cycles. Maybe they have made improvements. Same heads though but new ink. Time will tell I guess.

Didn't pick up anything other than my PC that i'm on and my wifi adapter ip. Nothing for the machine.

Unfortunately my machine doesn't even show up to ping. I tried the last known ip I was using and there is nothing at all.

I think it's definitely one of the two. I'm leaning towards the sensor only because I can calibrate my strip and when I did bi-directional test the uni-direction was fine but when I actually started a print in uni-direction it was crap.

I had tried 2 different files in two separate jobs but it was multiple up so the print area was like 45" x 22.5". I tried a different file just a 4" square with the print and cut marks and it was fine. I'm kind of stumped on this one.

You need to enter the service mode. Then enter Service mode > Print and cut adj > Setting 2 > then you'll see some adjustments. Press and hold Test Cut and it'll print the three squares across the sheet and cut them and you can make the adjustments.
