    Depending on the project it's about finding out what problem they are trying to solve. But a lot of times it's just a sign don't turn it into an ordeal. Just give them your undivided attention and let them know that you care about their business.

    Pattern depends on the job. But a lot of time we do a pattern of just 1/2"-3/4" bottom of letters and keep tape out of that area. You can apply right over it and slide it off afterwards.

    You need to do a day/night print. I never applied on to the inside (or outside) of a pan face. Not sure how it works to wrap the edge with translucent.

    If you're just putting in the face there shouldn't be an inspection required, but you never know. You can cut acrylic with a jigsaw or circular saw. Just use a good blade.
