We typically flatbed print onto white acrylic. My concern with changeable inserts is dirt and water will get in there. I tell customers they need to try to limit their updates to once a year or so to get it done at 1 time. Any kind of LED digital type sign is going to be way expensive.

So your problem is with Rasterlink? If that is the case, there is no option AFAIK. Rasterlink is a sorry excuse for a RIP. You will need Onyx to do print to cut on a Zund.

I would recommend steering clear of Mimaki for a flatbed printer. We have one and it is great, but we are low volume (typically print 2-3 boards a day). You sound high volume, it likely will not have enough speed for you. Mimaki is also not friendly with Onyx, if that is a concern. A...

Rocco - thank you SO MUCH! I contacted Signcomp and they do carry them. Thank you for the offer. My installer is concerned these are going to strip out, so he wants new ones. They sign is very high up and he doesn't want to mess around with the old clips if they give him problems.
