    Agree about the panels, but I would look at using some type of adhesive back plastic velcro for mounting. They will be changed. Strips on the high spots should do it.

    Won't make much of a difference what you use till the town sets up the installation correctly. Here they have two steel cables top & bottom. The banner get zipped tied along top & bottom then tied off from 4 corners with bungees. Banner spec is for all hems to be double stitched with grommets...

    Not in regular vinyl. If it really has to be blue material you may find something in architectural fabrics.

    Definitely shop it around. Workers Comp is if you have employees, it usually doesn't cover you.

    depends...regular, repeat customers get priority and some jobs are easier to fit in...3 weeks is not an unreasonable lead time for a job like that

    If they ask me how to install it and I provide specific information...maybe I'm assuming some liability, especially if it's written, at least enough to end up talking to a lawyer. But if they say, "I'm installing this on a 20 pole" and I say you better be sure you do a good job, I doubt there...

    So if I sell a 4x8 site sign to someone and they do a bad install and it blows away in a storm and trashes someone's car I'm liable? If someone comes to me to buy a sign and they tell me what they want I would think my liability ends at the door.. Signs don't kill, bad sign installers do.

    I have a buddy who is in the engineering for manufacturing field. He had a commercial grade machine demonstrator. It was Ok for prototyping, but definitely not at the production level yet.

    Best bang for the buck...Gerber Edge/Plotter. Seemed like a big expense back in the 90s but has proven to be a real workhorse.

    It's possible the blue foil is hanging up a bit. Sometimes they get messed up and don't spool out smoothly. Try running the job substituting a different foil color for the blue.

    You could do square tubes anchored to the masonry. Or tech screws into the mullions, you just have to make sure you don't hit the glass. The idea for a changeable banner system is nice too.
