All political signs should have this screen printed in clear glow in the dark ink (atop their political message). That way, it's a political sign by day, and truth-in-advertising by night.

Diamond saw the 36" square perimeter, grab a shovel and go for it. It's a bit precarious to dig it with a bucket, unless you know what you're doing.

Just wondering why you'd want to make changes once you've made the badge...other than alignment tweaks? I've tried to duplicate your situation with .pdf and .jpeg elements along with merged text and all my badges remain 100% editable.
Perhaps you have the "Group each badge" button selected...
If the cutter head (carriage) moves as freely as you say, the gear on the stepper motor shaft might be loose. There should be considerable resistance when trying to move the head side to side when the machine is off...which isn't really recommended, by the way.

In reality, NO SYSTEM will be effective if you don't hold a tight line on discipline...namely PLANNING. My best "planning sessions" occur when I'm out on my zero-turn mower for three hours at a time.

Drilling stone is not like drilling wood or metal. The SDS drill is nothing more than a...
It looks like wires run up the leg.
So....just pull off the cover of the LB and see if you can drop a weighted string down the leg. Either that or pull off a light (if they're removable) and drop a plumb bob down through the hole. Or pull off a face...there should be a hole in there somewhere...
I use both Composer and Illy...along with SignLab, Corel and AutoCAD. Each offers their own unique set of strengths.
Dealing with native files is golden.
