I'd do printed reflective on .063 aluminum. Seems like the job would go quicker, no issues with the surface of the door, and the signs can be reused if doors are painted
When I started in this business you were lucky if you filled a garbage can in a week. Now you fill one in one job with the weeded materials, backing paper and transfer tape, none of which is recyclable.
Holy Cr*p! I usually don't read these kinds of threads expect when they involve a machine I own...but wow....You are a better person than I because I'd be holding the tech hostage at this point till I got a new machine.
I also have a cc machine. I've had a few different companies and they always end up raising rates/costs. Last time I wanted to switch asked some of my customers who they were using and if they were happy and went with one of them. Lots of competition in that market.
