Jeff,
As you stated in your post, we picked the units up and gave you your money back. This is not us admitting fault but us trying to rectify a situation that could not be resolved between two companies. Since we picked then up Oct 10th, both units have been sold without any changes and the...
Giving my 2 cents.
FC8000 is the best way to go. it has 600gf compared to 450gf for the CF120 and the CF60/40 are only 300gf. FC can cut up to 59.1 mil and the CF 10mil. FC has a 3 year warranty well the CF has a 2 year. You can cut a lot more with a FC. Good luck in your decision and...
Wayne,
Take a real good look at your ink. Mutoh no longer puts a experation date on the label. It is a date of manufacture. To my knowledge, the ink no longer expires. RandyA, can you confirm that they do not expire any longer? Thanks for your help and I hope this helps others.
Make sure you have the correct pen selected in your conditions. Then set the offset. If that does not work try looking at your blade holder. I have seen some lose bearings. Good luck.

You may want to check with whom you are buying the printer from. Mutoh includes its version of Flexi with there printers. Depending on when the machine was purchased they may have gotten Onyx with the printer. I would ask if they are including the Rip with it. Or you have many options for Rip...
JT,
The strips wear out because of too much force being placed on them from the blade. You can usually tell the mat is worn out when you start to see white showing through. If you start to cut into the plastic under the mat you MAY run into uneven problems even if you change the mat...
Jill may be right. If you have floresent lights or any light that may be reflecting off he material, it will cause the sensor to not pick up the marks. Easy way to check is place a peice of paper over the pen block when it is finding the registration marks. Just to block out the light.
When you power it off and back on do you get the same error. Most likely it is you motor. It could be a few things besides that. That is where I would start. I will PM you more info.
Brandon,
I am an authorized service center for Graphtec. Just so you know were I am coming from. It could be a few things that are happening. Lets start with the easiest and work our way through. First I would open the right side cover. Make sure all ribbon cables are attached. If it is...
