Ok when you turn the plotter on, select sheet or roll1 or roll 2, load media. The head moves slowly all the way to the far left. Then you get a y axis alarm error, any help as this is very urgent as jobs are needing to go out. Thank you..

hey anyone got an idea as why my Graphtec wont cut consistent , it cuts deep on some parts of a job and too light on others, some It cuts light one end and too heavy the other on the same job. any help thanks.
