    Im no professional but I have a customer that design her own logo but I am unable to open the .ai file in my lxi design software..it is a older software..she used photoshop to create the image..I think the problem is that it is saved as a newer file type than I am able to use...help please??

    Okay sometimes but not always i will be attempting to apply a vinyl decal.and when i go to peel the transfer tape/decal off from the backing paper the decal does not always stick to the transfer tape..could there not be enough cutting pressure on my cutter?

    can i make stuff in photoshop and save it as eps. then use it in Lxi to cut the design..without vectorizing
