I have a customer that needs a new panel put in their lightbox. They can't tell me if it was clear or white before.
So my question is since I don't do a lot of these, if I buy a new piece for their box is it best to get the white panels that allow light to come through so it is diffused, or...

We are making some large lexan signs for a backlit sign box. 117" x 60". The design is black with cut outs where the lexan will show through.
Since this sign is so tall, what kind of vinyl would you use? Is it ok to apply and overlap a couple of 30" panels to accomplish this task? Or, should I...
We have a hp 260 latex printer and are printing on an adhesive back (backlit) vinyl and I am wondering how do I get more vibrant/ popping colours and how do I keep the look of the graphic to be relatively the same when it is not lit as when it is backlit. And how do I get my black to be opaque...
How do you tile backlit graphic without having a dark seam? I am trying to print or use cut vinyl on an 8' x 16' backlit sign. I just need to know what the procedure is to tile translucent graphics without having un-sightly lines, etc.
Thanks Team!
I have just recently did a few exterior Backlit signs for our company and the signs look yellowed when lit up at night. It is just cut vinyl on white 7328 Acrylic sheets, and a couple of them were done using P95 for a separate sign. Here is the kicker, On the first set, there a is large panel at...
An installer applied some Avery MPI 2050 backlit prints to panels and the customer is seeing white spots starting to show through, especially noticable where the black print is. Any ideas what could be happening here? You can see some spots on the bottom right of the sign and some starting in...
Good morning guys,
We're printing a new background set for a local TV studio. There are 18, 36" x 120" panels that form the background. These are backlit from light sources on the wall behind the set. We've planned on using Sihl 3549 Optilux with a matte laminate, but have also looked at Sihl...
I am working on my first backlit sign, so I am planning on printing with a Roland Versacamm on Orajet 3850, then apply to the exterior of the non-clear plexi glass. Just would like some advice as to what the experts out there think.
