Hello Mutoh users since yesterday im having trouble with my Mutoh valuejet 1204 it does the initialitacion good but wont ask for paper. Does not allow me to print or do any printing test. Any help will be appreciatte. sorry for my english.

I have yellow ink in the black ink line and I want to try and fix it with a full ink charge. Does anyone know how to bring up the menu that has this option on it. I know you have to hold down certain button/buttons while turning on the printer but I can't remember which

hi I recently purchased a mutoh ValuJet 1204 as a back up machine. I did not get a chance to check it but know when powered on it has error 68 cr encoder. I have replaced, head carriage board main board encoder sensor encoder strip the carriage is nice and free it does not catch on anything...
