Does anybody on here create their files in Illustrator? We export them to DXF files but when i pull them up on the software that creates the G-Code, there are lines missing. We then have to add lines in that software so that the file cuts correctly. What am i doing wrong? Thanks!

I've attached a picture of the problem we're having. We're using an HP Latex 560 and printing on 3930 White HIP, we're using Onyx Thrive. Somebody mentioned using the software made just for Traffic Colors but we're hitting PMS colors, not traffic colors so thats irrelevant, i think? Anyways...

Does anybody else have problems when they print on window perf? I'm talking specifically about dimensions. Whenever I print a job on window perf, the width is usually fine but the length is shorter than what the RIP says. Anybody running into this?
