its probably a data issue. what type of file are you printing? maybe change to something else or rotate the image see if issue goes or stays

run a nozzle check to make sure all heads are printing. relinearize the profile you are using.

Best thing to do is hook up with a local reseller that will sell you ink and hopefully provide service. Who set the printer up for you? Couldn't they train you?

why would you have to pay for that part for a machine under warranty?

are you trying to print a .ai file? if so save to high res pdf. Is the rgb or cmyk? are they all the same? increasing heat on the printer can take your color another way, stay consistent.

the printer page is telling you the ink is now not the printhead. I believe if you put a valid ink into the printer, the error will go away.

Who trained you on your 365? It is light years past the 260/265.

you cannot run adhesive vinyl any faster then 8pass. You can get 6p to work but you have to drop your saturation way down and you won't like the output

you are under warranty. don't pay for another box of ink until you speak with HP directly. Have them service your printer if your dealer was not able to train you properly. Inform them about your training they will send an HP trainer in to assist.

peal 3 looks like contamination under the vinyl, no? what material is this vinyl being applied to? Peal 1 what density is that black? If its over 350% saturation, that could be the problem. Did you use a torch to set vinyl after applying? what profile are you using, printmode density pass heat etc?
