I use Quickbooks. Recently they had a bug where emailed invoices were not getting to customers. This caused major problems with my biz. Anyone out there have a different software they use? Quickbooks claimed to have fixed the problem but very randomly some of my customers are still not getting...
Can you post a picture of what your talking about. I've had this problem before and it was usually solved by replacing the blade holder or cutting strip.
Thank you everyone. UPDATE: Sign warehouse is fixing it. Apparently this is becoming a problem with the new graphtecs, 2 sales persons from different companies I talked to said that they have had customers with the exact same problem on a graphtec. I am getting a anti static mat, a grouning...
Hi there,
I am looking for someone to come and help train me on my new HP 315. I find my customer support package insufficient for the amount of stuff I need to teach myself.
You must know and understand the machine, SAI Flexi software, and know how to tile and should be a master on the...
Need help here, new to HP printing......
My HP 315 is not drying patches of ink in my prints. I tried turning up the heat up its already all the way up to its max setting. I am printing on 3 mil adhesive AVery 9223. black and white prints large scale about 13' x 22'
Also By mistake yesterday...
I'm looking for a sturdy but flexible (if thats even possible) adhesive vinyl for a job. The job wall has lots of imperfections that the client wants to avoid showing, but they also need it to conform around baseboards. Any ideas? Inexpensive is also something they need as its a pretty big job...
Thanks this is really helpful. I did learn the hardway I guess.
My solutions then are: Humidifier running near the machines?
-grounding device near or on the machine?

I was thinking perhaps a rubber contour fitted plate to go over the buttons, like they make to protect keyboards from...
Today while working I weeded some vinyl off the plotter (graphtec 8600, 4 months old). When I went to hit the cut material button I got a static shock and the machine held a continuous beeping. I turned it off and after that the buttons did not work. The LCD worked fine, but it did not respond...

Thanks vinylman, unfortunately they are trained in that they are museum curators and 100% of my income so not giving them options is not an option as they will just use other vendors who will.
I was wondering if there is a way to make a contact sheet on the HP 315? I want to send my customer a variety of exposures and saturations so they can pick the value they like best and I can match it exactly whereby cutting down on subjectivity. Any ways to do this through the FLEXi software or...
Just wondering if anyone has had any new results with vinyl not sticking? I've had many experiences (in museum settings mostly) where my lettering barely sticks to the walls. 10 minute pulls take 2 hours and the clients are getting cranky. Any ideas on what brands work better. than others...
I've had several installs where my vinyl lettering will not stick without lots of tricky holding and peeling of the transfer tape. My research shows this has been due to certain types of paint, color and paint off gassing.
The vinyl brand I use is Oracal 631 and 651. I don't really have any...
What is the 110? Inkjet or latex? IF its inkjet I can't do it do to lamination and scratch problems.. very curious though because if its latext that will help me out immensely
