  1. Mesh Banner

Ultraflex has a great 8oz mesh that comes in 63.5"x165' rolls. We bought 2 rolls last week from Advantage and it was here the next day. I don't know about taping, but it sews great.
  2. Bumper stickers & coro signs

We can print the 4x8s if you cant find a merchant member. Shoot me a pm and I will get you a quote.
  3. Static cling on epson gs6000

We have printed rolls of General Formulations static cling through our Epson. We use the 1440x1440 profile and no side roll guides. Static cling is an awful material to work with, but it does work with the Epson.
  4. Digital vs Screen Printing Super Bowl?

Obviously a lot has shifted towards digital, but I think screen printing will always have its place. We can produce 150 4'x8's (banners, signs, etc) in 1 hour. It would be hard to shift that over to digital at the moment, but speed and quality is drastically improving every year. Time will...
  5. so... what's up with the surecolor?

These new printers look great and have a nice price point (or at least the s30 does). I am a big fan of them adding a "heavy duty" media holder. Holds up to 11.5" diameter rolls and 175 lbs. We have been extremely happy with our GS6000 and will continue to look at the Epson family for future...
  6. Fun little project today

Looks great! Would love to see a photo of it lit up at night.
  7. Epson or Rolland

    :ROFLMAO: You're an idiot.
  8. Epson or Rolland

We love our our Epson. Have had it for a little over 2 years and it has run non stop. Very easy to use with incredible quality. We have printed on just about every media I can think of with good results. Since you mentioned static cling, it is a must to run it at 1440x1440 to get good...
  9. How to glue coroplast together?

Use silicone 1 (or is it 2?). There is a specific one that works. I can tell you locktite does not work.
  10. Tyvek..................

This. We just sold a huge roll to a friend that we have had sitting here for 10+ years. Haven't had a request for tyvek in years.
  11. Static Cling??

General Formulations has a good static cling. Comes in sheets if you are screen printing and rolls for digital. Pretty sure you can get it through Advantage.
  12. Boo... Grimco won't be carrying Oracal

Advantage is a great company and great people. I use them every chance I get and use Fellers as my second resort. Their prices are competitive with Fellers and your not giving Frank more money to wrap his name all over his '68 mustang.
  13. Large easel backs

This is who we use. We do a large project that requires 1000 36" double wing easels every January and they are very quick.
  14. What are you cutting stickers with?

We screen print larger orders 1k+ and digitally print smaller orders. With screen print orders its straight from the press to the slitter and then to our 54" guillotine and cut with in minutes. Digitally prints are hand trimmed to a manageable size and then to the guillotine.
  15. Greetings From The Volunteer State

Welcome neighbor (from Knoxville)! Great forum here with a ton of information. If you ever need anything turned quick/locally for pickup, we would be happy to help out. Other wise, there are a ton of great Merchant Members here.
  16. Best way to make reflective signs

Screen print them. Would only take a couple hours.
  17. R.I.P. Adam "MCA" Yauch of the Beastie Boys

Man it was incredible. They announced the show the night before while passing through Asheville on their way to bonnaroo. They sold 500 non-transferable tickets (to prevent scalping) to the show and we were lucky enough to get them. Got 2nd row and held it down the whole night. Had tickets...
  18. R.I.P. Adam "MCA" Yauch of the Beastie Boys

That is awful. My wife and I have been fans for years and really hate to hear this. Got to see them two summers ago at a "secret" 500 person show. So incredible and a great bunch of guys.

  20. Anybody with print experience on PE2Print from Rochling
