yea me too lol. i dont know how to ask it haha. so imagine a straight line with marks. each mark will indicate a bend. for example the letter T has 8 corners (8 bends). i need straight line to have a mark on each corner from a to b and b to c, etc..

Im trying to get the exact measurements down of a few words but i need them to be in a straight line if that makes sense? below is an example of what i mean.

Any way to join the corners on the aluminum and AC cut letter?

I've used an upcut bit i bought on amazon and it was good, but i bought a Diablo Two Flute Straight Bit at Home Depot and that bit has been the best bit ive used so far...good clean edges.

So a client of mine wants me to make him some UFC signs (the one the girls hold up in the ring). I'm thinking of using either ACP or PVC Board. (most likely going with pvc because of the edges). Does PVC get like foam after it's been cut and require lots of sanding down time? Or is a PVC Board...

Just got a new bit and thought it would help but actually made it worse. Anyone what I'm doing wrong? I'm moving at 1200mmps and got my spindle spinning at 1500rps. Any advice on this? Both sides came out ugly :(
