we have roland printers with white ink and use versaworks. sometimes we have to just use the clear material profile even though it's solid/opaque material to trick the machine to print the white ink.
got mine through liberty mutual. i have my home owners and auto through them as well. they have been very competitive and their service has been good also.
i had some bad wind storms last year and some damage to the house and personal items in the yard. adjuster came out with in 2-3 days of my...
there are multiple groups of these ranging in size
but as an example one set is base 36" x 21", pie 15"x15" and triangle logo 25"x8"
started off with 1/4" acrylic but if i have to stud mount from the back probably have to go to 1/2" .
just worried about the weight. the customer wants the base to...
quoting a job with printed acrylic panels that are mounted to the wall at different depths. (3 panels. a base, triangle and pie piece)
customer does not want to see the hardware in the print area. like standoff caps.

for the larger rolls we welded together the frame and then mounted some 3mm sintra...
probably this. had the same thing and replaced the dampers and capping station (always want to try replacing the least expensive parts first ) but turned out it was the head.
it happened to our XC-540 but basically all the same parts
+1 to that just as a regular thing to do but i think it might be the blade holder sometimes they go bad and do stuff like that.
try cleaning/blowing out the holder and putting a little oil in the hole where the blade goes.
