Bots, name is not too important seems like you know what you want to do so stick with it, too many haters out there to watch out for. It will all come around hey we all learned it some how except that one guy on that forum that makes fun of everybody since he is a pro from day 1. hahaha.
Depending on your RIP or print software you should be able to do a double strike print, what we normally do is a double print and if you search the forum you will find this topic mentioned before.
One of them is the 26 not the ace, that one only bend 3-5in. coil in .040 regular letters. The full version Adams is nice but almost twice the cost of the 26, works good. Clincher ok does breakdown.
All you can do is like you did by digging up some dirt on the web, there are a few sites were this topic has came up. I think there are 2 brands you should be looking at 1 is Adam Tech and Accubend they are very similar in price for the basic models and its going to depend on what you need it...
Yeah, only aluminum up to .080. For acm I would route on a cnc or like someone else mentioned make a template out of acrylic, mdf or mdo. I made one about 12" x 12" and each corner I made with a different radius. 1/2" - 2". VHB it to the panel and route on a table router.

Sign Mart has a great selection but they are on the other side of the country. You could buy in bulk and order them from China if you have a lot of demand. Best bet is keep looking for a wholesaler in your area. If you are doing 1 or 2 agents here and there might not be good but if you are doing...
I believe he needs to reface a sign with radius corner, we usually get the size of the cabinet you do not need to rub the entire face. You need the retainer size for your face to fit and if you do not know how to measure a radius the rub the retainer corner and have your designer lay it out for you.
You can do it both ways, if you do not have a flat bed printer you can go with the reverse print on the inside we usually do a double print to enhance the colors when they are lit, and apply white translucent vinyl lastly.
There's your info wood and metal oh and 5" number. Copythat if you never done this type of work. You need to be a little more specific in order to get some help. Is the background stainless steel with a brushed finish, is the metal mounted on the wood you aren't showing it and is the number...
