Anyone have tips for printing PhotoTex on a S80600? Profiles, temp, etc? I can't find any profiles on the PhotoTex website specifically for the S80600. We tried printing on the IJ180 profile, but the burgundy/red color we were trying to hit (Pantone 7624C) came out too light.

I have not had problems with the 96 series ink. They did re-formulate the cyan & magenta ink back in October or November of last year to fix curing problems with light coverage, but that isn't the problem you're experiencing. And if it just started, I doubt the re-formulated inks are causing it...

Try changing your substrate. I've had good adhesion using MaxMetal DP & Duratex Alumaboard Fast. I did not try digital Alupanel, but that's another option you may want to look in to.
