I think your asking for the wall dimension at 1/10th? If so, it would be 15 x 93.6 @ 720 ppi. But unless you plan on stretching and distorting the image, you will need to duplicate and mirror it just over 4 times, not twice.

While as per previous comments, it is frowned upon. We have done many with Arlon DPF 8000. Super aggressive adhesive and stays on very well.

What software are you using? Try setting up more points of color along the gradient instead of just going from black to white. Profiling could be issue as well.

Looks like just some aluminum angle or u-channel with holes milled out. I don't think it's premade with those holes, but I could be wrong.

It should work fine. I have a large insulated smoker, and he is right it, it hardly even gets warm. A car hood in the summer is much hotter! Only area that even gets somewhat hot is around the actual firebox.

How about trying to hit that red better if that is the main problem. I am assuming you are using spot colors. Once you assign the spot color red (maybe pr43k) try adjusting the cyan level inside of versaworks in the file setup tab. You can get a much better red that way. Bump it up from 0...
