Did you create both of the files from scratch, yourself? Or was the first one created by someone else originally and then you edited it?

If this is your first wrap definitely go with vertical panels. Also, you might want to go ahead an subcontract the installation out on this job. Get a quote from a local installer and build that into your price.

Flip every other tile, use 1" overlap on seams, and be sure to give yourself enough extra to go up and over and to go on around the back corners. This is how all wraps are done. By the way, this is actually a full wrap in your photo; the white is just the un-printed area.

We laminate a lot of different vinyls, but hardly ever Avery, many different employees running the laminators at a lot of different settings, and I have never seen this type of issue. We didn't have our latex printer for long, but it REALLY looks to be the laminate that is the culprit to me...

Do you have the original scan/photo? It looks like the text had an effect applied to it that is making it look like it is dimensional, and now this autotrace isn't helping us decode it much either.

I've been printing a while and I can't see why anyone would "desire" a system like this? Are you looking for the "cheapest way possible to print"? And you ALSO want it to "last a lifetime? Huh? If you want a printer that can only print "certain color only" in the sign industry you'd be looking...

I use the heat assist on ours all the time, almost every time actually. We run a GFP 563TH laminator here.

We are a bit leery of the 60600 (but it is still my current first choice) due to some color fading issues with previous models.

Hopefully they get their stocking/shipping figured out soon. Advantage always had common materials stocked, but ever since the merger started what used to only take overnight to get here is taking around a week to get here.

I can't seem to locate the correct font for this one. I know I've seen it years ago, but I don't think I am going to figure it out.

I have the PDF of the image attached from the customer. When I open it with Illustrator it tells me that that is the missing font. I would attach the PDF here, but it is slightly over the attachment size limit.

What about a different white? Are you using Flood White or Arctic white? (or just normal "white"?) Sometimes I've also lied to my Edge and told it I was printing green when I actually put a white foil cartridge in it. Shhhh, don't tell it!

I would suggest trying Phototex EX for this, but I have never put anything on a cubicle wall.
