To depressurize and flush the lines you need the tech software. Otherwise you're gonna get ink everywhere. Should be a simple enough fix (1-2 hr) if you have a local tech.

With an printer with white ink option you can just print the decals onto the appropriately colored (flourescent) wrapping vinyl and end up with a product just like these.

You can print any foil onto any vinyl that will run through it. Some foils are semi-translucent an will allow reflectivity and others wont.

You can make them with a Gerber Edge, but then you're limited on colors and quality, but otherwise they're cheap enough to just sub out to someone who does them all day.
