I was nothing but nice. I was firm in my response but not rude. I bought the printhead from you after reading your post about your dad passing.
We had a few back and forth with the make offer on ebay, settled on a price and I bought it.
I gave you the benefit of the doubt that you didn't know...
I wish you would go pick up the returned printhead from the post office and issue the refund.
I was trying to help you out but you really need to inspect things before you sell them. The head was a used Black head. Im not calling you out as dishonest. Im just informing you of your mistake.

Sounds like a stripped down OEM version to me. Go to "Help" then "About" and see what you are running. Post up a SS or what it says. We dont need to see the "software ID" so you might want to block it out.
I got a few new guns. Christmas isn't complete without guns and ammo. The shop got a new printer, screw compressor, and almost finished 2nd location. The bucket truck got some new install tools. The kiddo got a metric shit ton of stuff.
You can try and lightly sand the printhead with 1200 grit sandpaper. Sometimes crap gets melted to the head. Those heads get hot and melt the foil to the vinyl thus melting lint and dust to the head.
It wont hurt the head any more than it is now. But yes that head is probably trashed.
We buy directly from Bordeaux. Through Amazon. We called them and they emailed a link over. We use 1L and its cheaper than Fellers or Glantz, free shipping on orders over 2 bottles.
My wish would be for a mfg to print the length on the liner. I would pay extra for that. Especially on wrap film. I hate starting a print thinking i have enough only to find out i am 6 inches short.
My wife have the same problem in the bedroom.
I agree. We start out every day with a test print and color bar print. Then after lunch we do the same. But our printers are running pretty much non stop all day long and I have 1 woman that babysits 3 machines and 2 plotters.
As for your problem its either a fuse or ribbon cable.
I had an Amazon order in Ft Worth, depart and end up in Atlanta, go down to Mobile, then back to Ft. Worth, then to me. I was looking at the screen like my dog does for a few minutes.
