I've gone through a wheel a car if it's a reflective graphic on a police or fire vehicle. I would never think about using wheels on 176 vehicles. Hot water pressure washer... or start subbing to a local body shop. You'll save money in the long game.

I'm going with a combination of the print (if it's solvent or eco solvent, it's still alcohol based) and solvent adhesive. Fumes will crack plastic just as easily as liquid in the right conditions.

Inside of the door frame is a rubber plug. Remove plug. Insert a T20 (I think) Torx head to the bolt directly inside the door. Hold onto the lock mechanism and turn the Torx head counterclockwise. You'll feel the lock mechanism loosen. As soon as it slips free, stop with the Torx. Pull the lock...
Yeah, someone measured the visible face, not to the outside of the retainers. You *could* glue/screw strips to the edges to pick up the extra space as they'll be hidden behind the retainer. I'm not that proud to say I've never done that - I have - when someone else measured the same way.
