Feeding media on HP latex is a pain. I guess they were modifed plan printers designed to handle stock as thick as bond paper. Also that groove just past the platten is surely designed to hook the edge of the media, buckle up and head strike when you wake it up. No problem just reboot and wait 20...

I guess. When it wasn't crashing or throwing you back to DOS to solve some mysterious error. Windows 10 rocks. Keep it updated.

Photoshop lens correction filter might help you there.

We just use normal corner crop marks and tell the installer how much overlap. They have to align joins by eye anyway.
